RETURN

Due to service providing nature of the marketplace instead of product sales, Returns are not applicable and they can’t be entertained.

REFUND

Please note that refund will only be initiated for failed transactions that can happen due to un-controlled reasons or mutually decided cancellation between the seller (truck providers) and the buyers (load providers).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that cancellation can happen due to controlled or uncontrolled circumstances. Customers can cancel orders when a seller fails to show up for the promised services. If the seller is taking too much time to show up. If disagreement about a deal or pricing has been there between sellers and customers.

Once the payment is done by customers and processed by VALK to the beneficiary, then the platform can’t entertain any cancellation request. Cancellation can only be processed if both parties mutually agree on cancellation and reach out to VALK support.
